The Founder
Aisling is a dressmaker that dances.
A trained textile engineer turned designer and stylist. A cross-cultural storyteller, shaped by a life lived and work created across Asia, the UK and Europe. Her journey spans multinational corporations, start-ups and her own independent creative agency Toria with projects for brands including Air Busan, Elegant Watch and Jewellery, Nissan Food and Lee Kum Kee.
Now based in Madrid, Spain, she is the founder of Princess Project, a label specialising in princess and fairytale-inspired costumes, also available at Studio Tree in Hong Kong.
Beyond the sewing studio, Aisling is an award-winning competitive dancer specialising in theatre style of exotic pole. Her recent accolades include 2nd Place at Exotic Generation Mallorca 2026 (Semi-Professional Theatre) and Exotic Generation Spain 2024 (Amateur Theatre).
As both dressmaker and dancer, she understands firsthand the importance of costumes that not only make you shine but also allow you to move freely and confidently.
Combining her technical expertise, passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving mindset, she believes fashion and function should exist in harmony, bringing fairytale fantasies to life through thoughtfully constructed, movement-friendly designs for parties and the stage.
Offstage and away from the sewing machine, she appreciates good craftsmanship in other forms too: preferably a fine whisky, neat, or a well-crafted classic whisky cocktail.
